Renfrew Community Hall is a centrally located venue in Calgary with three unique spaces to rent: Main Banquet Hall, Lower West Hall, and a Retro Social Room!

​

Our venue is great for weddings and pre-weddings, birthday parties, training, team building, sport socials, anniversaries, celebrations of life and company events.

  • Audio system for rent ($20), one large speaker with the ability to stream music from a smartphone or computer plus a microphone

Main Banquet Hall - Photos

  • Capacity: 200 maximum, 160 seating

  • Private, clean, wide open space with hardwood flooring and natural lighting

  • Large serving kitchen with beverage coolers, ice machine, coffee machine, stove, sink, and supplies

  • Large partially covered deck

  • Access to large green space and playground

  • 18 - 8' rectangular tables

  • Licensing available

 

West-End Lower Hall - Photos

  • Capacity: 80 maximum, 50 seating

  • Nice lighting for evening events

  • Kitchen with refrigerator, sink and microwave

  • 10 - 8' Banquet tables

  • Direct access to Social Room, can be opened up into one space (total capacity 125)

  • Character 1970's era Lounge

  • Full-Service Bar (RCA membership required; additional fees apply)

  • Pool Table, Darts, Shuffleboard

  • Big Screen TV with cable and Google Chromecast
